WHAT TO GRILL FOR THE SUPER BOWL?
That, indeed, is the question? Should everyone go for the same recipe and compare at the end of the process or go unique? What does our fearless Grillmaster say?
Good question. I say, every Grillhead to him/her self! We can compare notes and settle in on the ideal Global Grill'n Superbowl meal. Of the things we have had so far, I would strongly recommend the Sate Kajang. I would say the Lamb Chops on Shovel but you risk missing most of the game messing around with the fire.
I made corn chowder out of Art of Weber Grill this evening using corn that Mom froze after I had roasted it last summer. Recipe calls for red bell peppers but I only had green so now our soup is Green and Gold!
